This is obviously a LONG shot but does anyone have a left side, 165mm Miche Primato crank they don’t want? Nick Brown managed to strip the hell out of his. I sense a strongly worded letter on the horizon!!!

    Wrong end Tony – those are… er… were the pedal threads.

    How about trying a heli-coil? Worth a try? Dunno. I probably would, but I’m a bit wary to suggest it to someone else considering the potential dire consequences if it fails. But… I kinda just did, didn’t I?

    There shouldn’t be that much torque applied to pedal threads when it’s in use so I’d think it should work. In theory.
